Two Years Strong 🥳

This month marks two years since Greenfields Energy Group began its journey, and what a journey it’s been! Looking back, it’s incredible to see just how much has been achieved in such a short time. From expanding our client base to strengthening our team, year two has been about growth, resilience, and building for the future.

Two Years of Growth

When we recorded our first anniversary, our goal was to work with 30 to 50 new clients. A year later, we’re proud to say we’ve welcomed 63 additional businesses, bringing the total to 135 clients whose energy contracts we now manage. Even more encouraging, we’ve won 82% of the tenders we pitched for, proof that our approach resonates and that we’re targeting the right kind of partnerships.

Just as importantly, over 100 of those businesses have been with us for some time now. Their ongoing trust reinforces what we’ve always believed: success comes down to people and relationships.

Putting People First

At Greenfields, we’ve always said that service is about being available. Whether that’s a phone call, a quick answer over email, or meeting face-to-face. While technology and online support are in place, what sets us apart is the personal connection. Our clients know they can reach us directly, and that matters.

That same philosophy extends to our team. Over the past year, we’ve grown our staff and welcomed new faces who share our ethos: getting things done with quality and care. We’re selective about who joins us because protecting the brand and culture is essential.

In fact, one milestone we smiled at this year was being able to both take time out of the business, for nearly three weeks, without disruption. Thanks to solid systems, processes, and automation, the business kept running smoothly. That’s a huge step forward.

Building for the Future

Looking ahead, we’re not chasing rapid, unchecked expansion. Instead, our focus is on consolidation, quality, and sustainable growth.

That means:

  • Continuing to improve processes and automation so our team can spend more time with clients.

  • Growing conservatively, aiming for 30–50 new clients each year.

  • Exploring opportunities for strategic hires and potential acquisitions to accelerate growth.

In short, the next three years are about refining what we do best, maintaining the service that sets us apart, and being ready for the right opportunities when they arise.

Reaching our two-year milestone has been both rewarding and motivating. We’re grateful for the clients who trust us, the team who makes it happen, and the lessons learned along the way.
