As 2025 comes to a close, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and appreciate how far we’ve come. This year has been one of growth, resilience, and most importantly relationship building. In a recent conversation with Kim Haddock, we looked back on the key moments that shaped the past twelve months and talked about what lies ahead.

One of the standout achievements of 2025 was onboarding 30 new clients, an incredible milestone that reflects not just growth, but the trust clients place in the service they receive.

For Kim, the real highlight wasn’t the number itself, but the depth of the relationships behind it.

“You spend so much time building those relationships, and they know you so well,” she shared. “I’ve really enjoyed being able to just get on with it. I can manage the client myself.”

“They don’t want to be spending hours dealing with problems,” Kim explained. “They want to contact you, know you’re sorting it, and trust that you’ll come back to them when it’s done.”

In a world full of automated phone systems, faceless inboxes, and endless handovers, having one point of contact who handles an issue from start to finish makes all the difference. It’s not just good service, it’s peace of mind.
